Pietra Santa is a family-run estate that creates both artisanal wines and olive oils located along California’s Central Coast. Their mission is to create “artisanal wines from a special place, made to honor family tradition.” The winery is named Pietra Santa or “Sacred Stone” in honor of the unique soils of granite and limestone (which is ideally suited for growing top quality wine) found in the 455 acres that were first developed in the 1850’s. With a top Italian wine and olive maker from Tuscany it is no wonder this winery has reached international acclaim!
