An Evening with Jim Borsack From B Cellars Jim will be bringing a Magnum of Blend 25 that will be raffled that night! December 4th 5-8pm $15fee
B Cellars 2005 Blend 24 $29.98 This wine possesses wonderful red rock candy, cassis and red stone fruit aromas with a touch of French Oak vanillin for thickening the nose. On the palate are more bright cherry fruit and impressive acid and tannin structure. This is not a 'heady' or 'syrupy' wine but one with an array of old world influenced flavors and fine balance. Cellared properly this wine should improve for 2 years and cellar well for 8 or more.
B Cellars 2005 Blend 25 $44.98 What a classy array of ripe red and black fruit characteristics in this Syrah and Cabernet blend. Silky and fruit forward best describes the overall presence of this wine with a balanced dose of spice. Hold your glass up and notice the deep ruby color; this is your introduction to a rich yet fresh red blend. The generous red fruit aromatics leap out of the glass. The Syrah meets your palate with elements of ripe cassis, plum and earth. The Cabernet shows blackberry, black cherry liqueur and a hint of graphite. The varietals in this Blend are from what many consider Napa Valley's finest vineyards and appellations. Together this complex Blend is ripe, fleshy and incredibly wide on the palate with plenty of backbone for making this an age worthy wine.
B Cellars 2005 Blend 26 $79.98 This wine begins with scents of all spice and cloves, moments later, the nose lengthens with black berry, black cherry and a subtle sensation of vanilla which is imparted from the 85% new French oak. The characteristics of Blend 26 are dramatic; exactly what one expects from fruit derived from Napa Valley's most coveted vineyards, namely: Tokalon, George III and Stagecoach. Best from 2008 forward.
I Look forward to meeting you.
